  • Advocacy - This involves the creation of a spirit of unity in purpose among the staff for their company. Everyone is part of a sale and they have to know that their enthusiasm for the company and its products is key to success. Just one person talking badly about the company or its products can kill a sale.
  • Emotional Intelligence - Understanding the motivations of potential clients is key to redirecting their interests in directions that you would like.
  • Details Matter - Being able to recall the smallest detail, remembering names of children, knowing their hobbies, etc., can personalize a relationship and enhance the trust between you and the client.
  • Communication Skills - Having the ability to relate your information confidently and enthusiastically is a valuable weapon in your arsenal. We can break this down into presentation skills, first impressions, electronic communications, phone communications and non-verbal elements.
  • Verbal Judo - We teach the ability to redirect conversations to where you want them to go. This enables you to get the topic to issues regarding the closing of the deal while making it feel as a natural progression rather than an abrupt redirection. This is also a great way to overcome objections and achieve the closing of the deal.
  • Networking - Part of selling is getting your message out to more people. Having the ability to take advantage of networking opportunities that present themselves. This includes the development and execution of elevator pitches.
  • Follow-Up - Turning one sale into several is a very good path to success. We help them to enhance reviews, getting referrals, and improving client retention.
  • Thinking on Your Feet - People will throw curveballs at you. Having the ability to react quickly to changing circumstance can make all the difference. The simple act of being flummoxed in a situation can be enough to lose the confidence of a potential client. Our job is to help you prevent that.
  • Probing - The key to understanding a client and having the client feel that you have taken a direct interest in them is to probe deeper into every issue. By delving deeper, you find out more about their needs and are better able to fulfill those needs.

We can provide facilitators of different levels of experience. Our basic facilitators have a lot of experience with such workshops but don't necessarily have the business experience to innovate and shift with the specific questions someone might ask. This is great if you have no major problems or are trying to refresh concepts. If there are issues and you need someone with more experience, we bring heavy hitters to your group. This is someone who can walk you through more advanced issues and further advanced sales training.There's also an AND UP category for people with even more experience. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
One of the keys to any corporate training program in Emotional Intelligence. Simply put, it is the ability to understand your feelings, the feelings of others, and how to manipulate those to great effect. Having a high EQ can make all the difference in so many different circumstances. This is very true about closing deals. Americans have a very different take on many things so understanding them is key to being able to understand their reactions to different things.

We can also focus on dialect training. This can be as simple as teaching an understanding of dialects to hear what someone is saying. This could be a bit more complex to teach the psychology behind a region and their colloquialisms. We could teach how to speak with different dialacts, not mimicking people, but actually matching the person you are speaking with to make them more comfortable. We come to whatever venue that you choose. This can include any conference or meeting space, area restaurant, hotel, convention hall or even someone's home. While most companies might give you specific requirements, the nature of our programs is to teach mental agility, adaptability, and how to go with the flow. Problems with venues become a positive influence on the outcome, within reason. We can provide sound equipment, etc., as well, but for an additional fee, though we usually opt to use the venue's equipment or like going low-tech to make it more about the people. This will be part of the discussion about your needs, of course.
