Miami is considered to be the Capital for business for Latin America. For U.S. companies operating in Latin America it is even more so. It is a main hub for flights from Latin America to then spread through the US. It is also a hub for the US going in the other direction. This means that executives from New York, Chicago and L.A. can then fly to South Florida to meet with their counterparts. There are also great hotels and convention facilities as well as nightlife.
Our programs run the full gamut. We are only limited based on our creativity. Since this is our headquarters, it isn't a problem to do just about anything.
First, you should choose if you want a daytime activity or if you would prefer something around a meal.
Second, where might this take place? We can do things outside, such as a scavenger hunt or beach Olympiad, or we can have more of a dinner event.
Third, you should let us know your goals. Is it team building, skills development, entertainment, or anything else.
Fourth, how long do you want the event to last?
Fifth, are there language or cultural considerations? We can adapt to most things though we usually operate in English.
Lastly, if you know your budget, it can help guide the process and limit options to what would be more acceptable. This goes in both directions as knowing there is a larger budget can open options that we might not otherwise make you aware of.
With that information we can usually generate some approaches to help you achieve your goals.
Generally, most of South Florida is in the same cost bracket. Moving to Fort Myers or Naples might change the price slightly. There are additional costs for South Beach related to parking, etc., but tends to not be too significant. Then again, the venue and food costs there are also more expensive. The trade-off is that your participants would probably enjoy being on Lincoln Road or South Beach.
You should consider parking costs, transportation for your team, food costs and accommodations.
The Capital of Latin America, Miami has long served as the doorway to working throughout the region from South Florida. American companies working through Latin America often use the city as a stable hub to bring people to get to know one another.
